The Learning Support Facilitator Skills Programme is designed to equip learners with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to support learners who are
experiencing challenges that affect their ability to succeed in formal education settings. The facilitator plays a key role in identifying learning barriers,
applying appropriate support strategies, and assessing learner progress to help prevent dropout and academic failure.
This programme prepares learners to work alongside teachers, lecturers, and training practitioners by providing personalised support to learners in need.
The learning support facilitator works in a variety of contexts, including schools, colleges, training centres, and community-based education programmes.

Skills Certificate: Basic Emergency First Aid, NQF Level 2.
