About This Course

Emergencies can happen suddenly, and prompt, skilled first aid can be the difference between life and death. The Intermediate First Aid Skills Programme is designed to equip responders with the knowledge and practical skills needed to handle medical, trauma, and environmental emergencies effectively. Learners gain the ability to stabilise patients, prevent further injury, and support both the patient and their family until advanced medical care is available.

This intermediate-level course enhances the quality of emergency care by preparing learners to act confidently as Intermediate Emergency First Aid Responders. Participants learn to provide life-saving treatment, manage incident scenes, coordinate with emergency services, and offer patient and family support in both workplace and community settings.
